About the Project
The MediPress application enables patients to easily and quickly connect with doctors online. With this innovative application, patients can schedule appointments with doctors at their convenience and receive medical advice without leaving their homes.

The Problem
One of the significant issues that many individuals face is the inability to access healthcare services. Due to the risk of contracting the virus, many people are reluctant to visit their doctors, even if they have significant medical concerns. This problem has the potential to worsen many health conditions, as patients are missing out on essential healthcare services.

Design Process
User Interview Findings
To better understand the target audience the interview was conducted with 5 people who typically needed regular checkups or were traveling often. It was discovered that patients who use online medical apps and require regular checkups often face various problems when they travel frequently. One of the biggest issues that they face is the lack of continuity of care. When they visit a new healthcare provider in a different location, they may have to start from scratch and provide their medical history all over again. This can be a time-consuming and frustrating process for patients, especially if they have complex medical histories. Additionally, patients may also face difficulties in scheduling appointments and coordinating their care with their providers, particularly if they are in different time zones. These issues may lead to delayed care, missed appointments, and inadequate medical attention, which can have adverse effects on their health outcomes.
Whoes problem I am solving?
I decided to solve the problems of both Leslie and Amilya as I wanted to make a solution that considers all the pain points and give more accessible and efficient healthcare experience.

How might we?
Create an experience for the users to get the medical help, no repeat the history to every doctors they meet and get the medicines on their doorstep.
